(Added July 25/10) An excellent company. Call system is in Florida but there are local agents that install and are available to replace monitors or pendants or help if you need a real person instead of a making a phone call. I had a health emergency and had to use my pendant to call for help and they stayed on the line until my daughter arrived. Also, their fee is reasonable and no contract to sign for continuous service. You may cancel with one month's notice but you will not want to.
